This is for the transportation of oil from Syrian oil fields to refineries and other unloading locations as determined by the company based on operational needs.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work includes securing suitable and licensed means of transport for crude oil and executing transportation operations according to routes, quantities, and schedules to be determined later by the company, while fully adhering to safety and operational requirements and applicable regulations in the Syrian Arab Republic.
Quotation Requirements:
Companies wishing to participate must submit a clear and detailed price quotation in either US dollar or Syrian pound.
The price must be quoted in tons per kilometer (kilometers) as follows:
Any commercial or operational conditions related to the price must be clearly stated, including:
- The validity period of the offer
- Available transport capacity
- The number of tankers or vehicles ready for operation
- Any additional costs, if applicable
Essential Participation Requirements:
- The bidding company must be duly licensed in the Syrian Arab Republic
- It must own or operate suitable and licensed means of transport for crude oil and petroleum products
- Full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- Compliance with hazardous materials transport requirements and public and environmental safety standards
- Commitment to using qualified drivers with valid driver's licenses and certificates
- Submission of documents proving the company's eligibility, experience, and technical and operational capabilities
Required Documents:
- A copy of the company's commercial registration or license
- A summary of the company's experience in transporting oil, petroleum products, or hazardous materials
- A statement of the number and type of available vehicles and tankers
- Copies of relevant technical and operational licenses and certificates
- A detailed price quotation in US dollars or Syrian pounds, in tons per kilometer (kilometers)
