Backend Developer

Developing, maintaining, and improving the company’s software systems and applications using the Laravel framework, ensuring efficient performance, system stability, and data integrity, and contributing to the development of technical solutions that support the company’s administrative and operational processes, while providing the necessary technical support to users and helping to resolve problems related to computers, software, printers, and internet connectivity.

Technical Skills:
- Good knowledge of the Laravel Framework and PHP programming language.
- Good knowledge of databases, preferably MySQL, and the ability to write queries and work with data.
- Familiarity with RESTful API development principles and application and system integration.
- Knowledge of Git basics for code version management.
- Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with various operating systems and software.
- Knowledge of printer operation and maintenance basics and troubleshooting common printer malfunctions.
- Familiarity with local area networks (LANs) and the internet, connection settings, and troubleshooting technical problems.

Personal Skills:
- Accuracy and attention to detail during system development and testing.
- Ability to learn independently and keep up with technological advancements.
- Communication and collaboration skills with different departments and an understanding of user needs.

4. Required Qualifications and Experience

Academic Qualification:

A university degree in Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, Software Engineering, or any related field.

Job Experience and Requirements:
- Proven practical or applied experience in web application development using the Laravel Framework.
- Ability to work with databases and perform basic and advanced operations on them.
- Proficiency in working with computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Practical knowledge of printers, their configuration, and troubleshooting basic printer problems.
- Knowledge of internet and network fundamentals and methods for diagnosing connection problems.
- Previous experience in developing internal management systems or enterprise applications is preferred.

First: Software Systems Development and Maintenance

Carry out assigned programming tasks within the company's existing system using PHP and the Laravel framework, in accordance with established business requirements and development priorities.

Implement required software modifications and enhancements to the existing system to improve its functionality, performance, and alignment with business needs.

Resolve software bugs and issues within the scope of assigned tasks, and perform necessary testing to ensure the reliability of modifications and system stability.

Work with databases and APIs as required to complete specified development tasks.

Document implemented software changes to facilitate future maintenance and follow-up.

Second: Technical Support

Provide technical support to users in resolving issues related to operating systems and software used within the company.

Assist in diagnosing faults in computers, printers, and peripherals, and perform the necessary basic repairs.

Monitor internet and local network connectivity issues and contribute to their diagnosis and resolution in coordination with the relevant administrators.

Install, configure, and update software and applications according to business requirements and company policies.

Monitor technical malfunctions that affect business continuity and escalate issues requiring specialized intervention to the relevant department.
