Asset tracking Employee

The overall objective of this position
ensure complete and real-time monitoring of all company assets (machinery, heavy equipment, and technical tools) through continuous field monitoring of their locations and technical condition. The position aims to ensure that all assets are used for their intended purposes, control their movement between sites, protect them from waste or misuse, and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, or any related technical/administrative field.

• Familiarity with asset inventory principles and custody management.

Required Skills:

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to accurately manage asset registers.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with field supervisors and drivers across various locations.

• Keen observation skills and the ability to detect any changes in the condition or location of assets.

• Proficiency in using computer applications (Excel) and asset tracking systems (GPS/Asset Tracking).

• Ability to work extensively in the field and travel frequently between vehicle depots and workshops.

• High level of integrity and a strong sense of responsibility towards the company's substantial assets.
