Administrative Assistant – Human Recources
The Administrative Assistant in the Human Resources Department is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the company's branch in Hama and Homs, and contributing to the implementation and follow-up of procedures related to human resources and employee affairs, in order to ensure the smooth running of administrative work, organizing documents and files, and following up on employee needs in accordance with the policies and procedures adopted in the company.
Required Qualifications:
A university degree or associate's degree in one of the following fields:
Business Administration
Human Resources
Management
Economics or a related field.
One to three years of practical experience in management or human resources is preferred.
Previous experience in large companies or operational work environments is preferred.
A good understanding of human resources procedures and personnel matters.
Required Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
Ability to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and organize data.
Accuracy and attention to detail.

Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure.
1- Administrative Tasks
Organizing and monitoring daily administrative tasks at the branch.
Receiving, organizing, filing, and archiving incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Preparing administrative documents, correspondence, and reports as needed.
Organizing and maintaining administrative files and documents in a structured and confidential manner.
Monitoring email and internal and external correspondence.
Coordinating meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and following up on the implementation of recommendations.
Coordinating between branch management and various departments and sections.
Assisting in preparing periodic reports on administrative workflow.
2- Human Resources Tasks
Organizing and updating employee files and maintaining related documents.
Monitoring employee data, leaves, absences, and working hours.
Assisting in preparing and tracking job applications, sorting resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Following up on-the-job procedures for new employees and preparing the required documents.
Contributing to the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Monitoring employee contracts, documents, and administrative procedures.
Preparing reports and schedules related to human resources, attendance, and leaves.
Following up on employee needs and coordinating with management regarding them. Contribute to the implementation of the company's approved human resources policies and procedures.
Maintain the confidentiality of employee information and data.
3- Coordination and Support
Continuous coordination with the Finance and Operations departments regarding personnel matters and administrative procedures.
Follow up on the implementation of administrative decisions and instructions issued by management.
Provide administrative support to employees and various departments within the branch.
Contribute to improving and streamlining internal administrative procedures.
Perform any other work-related tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
