Job description

The overall objective of this position
ensure the discipline and efficiency of the company's workforce through direct, daily monitoring of attendance, punctuality, and adherence to internal regulations. The role aims to serve as the field liaison between the Human Resources department and employees across various locations (offices, workshops, and field work sites), ensuring workflow adheres to established standards and all job-related changes are accurately documented.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Good knowledge of Syrian labor law and insurance regulations.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse job categories (administrators, technicians, drivers).

• Strong observational skills and the ability to identify deviations in performance or discipline.

• Proficiency in using computer programs (especially Excel) and electronic attendance and timekeeping systems.

• Strong organizational skills for managing paper and electronic files and records.

• Ability to work in the field and travel between different company locations.

• A strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality in handling employee data.

Duties & responsibilities

• Daily monitoring of attendance and departure records for all employees at their assigned locations.

• Monitoring cases of lateness, absence, and overtime, and ensuring their documentation using approved forms.

• Conducting surprise field visits to work sites (workshops, warehouses, pick-up points) to verify employee presence at their work locations.

• Monitoring employee compliance with the dress code and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements at technical sites.

• Receiving and reviewing leave requests, external assignment requests, and medical reports, and submitting them for approval.

• Updating employee records and documenting disciplinary actions, warnings, or letters of appreciation as directed by management.

• Participating in the onboarding process for new employees and introducing them to the work environment and internal regulations.

• Preparing periodic reports (daily/weekly) on employee discipline and any obstacles encountered by employees at the sites.
